I have been so very busy the last couple weeks !!!! Working in the studio on several projects and also on the Easter Tag swap I am still waiting for one and I am mailing all tags friday whether the last one comes or not,I understand people are busy and things come up , loook I have been crazy busy!!!! Took four hours to put all the tags together, stuff the goody bags with easter grass ,label and decorate all the envelopes!!! SO I Am ready!! Come back Wednesday for pictures of all the tags!!!!! xoxo

Something pretty~

I love this pretty stuff!!! My new little charlotte doll from sarah of mysocalledjunkylife.blogspot.com(still have problems adding links!!! , she has wings and a pretty rose attached to her little dress. I ams till waiting for 3 more packages for the easter Tag Swap! So it should be very soon! Should be able to mail back packages by Monday!!! So exciting and all the tags are just lovely~ This is my vintage gypsy apron, I like to call it, made with rose fabric and vintage linens!

Back to the studio for now, my kids have all had the crud , but there getting better thanks to the antibiotics!

Easter goodies!

My sweeheart bought me this pretty doll , she is wearing a very pretty dress and feathered hat, he likes to go treasure hunting with me too , soit's nice to have an extra eye looking with me for goodies! And this pretty vintage lamp shade! Perfectly vintage ! Oh my when I seen this I about fell on the floor right in the thrift store! I was so happy and I ran and grabbed it like a crazed shopper I'm sure!!

So EXCITED! The tags have been coming in and there all gorgoeus! So far I have recieved 13 out of 21, so it should be soon and I will let everyone know when I mail them! I have been a busy bee this week listing vintage treasures in my shop!and would you believe the lace shoe bag holder is back in the shop due to a non paying etsy person, I think there was someone else who wanted it , so if thats you it's available!! Perfect to use in the studio for pretty storage, I got a new vintage one so I no longer use this!

Signs of Spring

My daffodils and tulips are coming up and I am so excited ,the daffodils are almost ready to bloom and I just love it when my garden comes back to life.picked up the new Country Almanac magazine and it had some cute summer decorating ideas! Makes me want to rip up my carpet ! Do you ever feel that way? our carpet is a cream color and underneath this carpet is a bright red speckled 1930's linolium, our house was built in 1902 so it could be older, anywho ~ It really wouldn't work with my pale colored decor so thats why the carpet is still around but I would love some pergo flooring or those wide planked wooden floors you see in the cottage magazines.
These were just some of my roses from last summer , the just look like they smell good!


In this photo below I love the yummy color scemes here . All the roses came from the same garden just different days ~ I love how you can have fresh bouquets all summer long!

A few whims of blissful ladies

These girls wanted makeovers so thats what I gave them, they traded in there vintage crocheted dresses for vintage linens ,fluffy ruffled crepe ruffles with ribbons, velvet millinery flowers and authentic pale pink vintage pearls from my stash~ So lovely and sweet~This blue eyed doll is holding a glittered bird with vintage screds and the other hand is a tied on bouquet of millinery flowers with ribbon, so precious!
She holds the prettiest vintage millinery rose with text from a vintage anne of green gables book thats says "sounds so romantic" She has pale pink pearl earings with her gown made of tea stained vintage linens and ribbons.
very glamourous with her satin dress and ribbon tied velvet millinery flower toher wrist, with authentic pale pink pearl earings, she is very lovely with her pretty blue eyes. This one I love so much I am keeping her , i found this dress awhile back at an antique mall and used it forher, she also has a pretty satin blue ribbon,vintage lace bonnet and carries a bunch of posies with a vintage broach .I love the layers of ruffled tulle withr ibboned edges.

And these shoes I LOVE from anthropologie! I am so ordering these ! Got my catalog in the mail yesterday! Talk to ya soon! Balk to creating more paper treats and vintage sweets!
